Regional Sales Manager, EMEA

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales within a particular area and to help maximize revenue opportunities with partners in Europe. For optimal travelling distance, you are located in Frankfurt Am Main Area, Germany.

The role requires an ambitious person with a track-record in achieved sales results in international business that is passionate about customers and technology and like engaging with technology partners from vendor management, sales teams and operations to succeed in growing businesses.

Experience in partner sales of technology based products within the Manufacturing or Logistic & Supply Chain segment is highly valued.

He/she is an independent achiever, however, a leader character, with excellent capabilities to take a lead role on the sale to ensure that Confidex solutions are comprehensive, achieves customer goals, and provide an outstanding customer experience.

He/she has the credibility to work on multi level with the key partners. The person is foremost a results-oriented sales person, however, also adequate technical capabilities and motivation to learn the Confidex product and technology on a high-level is needed, to be able to talk to customers’ more technical decision-makers and to communicate with the HQ product-line people regarding e.g. customer specific product requirements.

Valued personal characteristics: results-orientation, energy and drive, proactive sales approach, independent achiever, can-do attitude, cooperative team member, potential to grow into bigger roles in future.

He/she has a relevant B.Sc level degree. Language skills beyond English are an extra asset. Good communications and negotiation skills as well as relevant IT literacy are needed to succeed in the job. Most importantly he/she has to have genuine drive and desire to make success within Confidex.
